Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order within the continental United States. No minimums, no surprises at checkout.

Shipping method and lead time depend on the product. Specific shipping details are listed on each product page. In general:

Fire Tables & Fire Bowls (Elementi / Modeno, GFRC concrete): LTL freight with curbside or liftgate delivery. Typical lead time 1-2 weeks.

Steel Fire Pits (Fire Pit Art): White Glove Delivery, hand-welded to order in the USA. Typical lead time 3-4 weeks.

Smart Pergolas (Cabana X): Curbside pallet delivery. Typical lead time 2-4 weeks.

Retractable Awnings (Advaning): LTL freight, curbside delivery. Typical lead time 2-3 weeks.

Projection Screens (Elite Screens): LTL freight for motorized screens; standard parcel for portable and freestanding models. Typical lead time 1-2 weeks.

Outdoor Entertaining Accessories (Ambiente copper, Provence serving ware): Standard parcel shipping. Typical lead time 5-7 business days.

Freight Delivery Notes

For freight deliveries, inspect the packaging and product as soon as possible. If you see freight or shipping damage, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging, label, product, and damage. Keep the packaging until the claim is resolved.
