The Koln ships via LTL freight. Curbside delivery with liftgate service is included in your purchase price, so there are no surprise freight bills at checkout. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days after your order ships. You'll receive tracking information and a call from the freight carrier to schedule your delivery window.
Please note: Inspect your shipment carefully before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the bill of lading before the driver leaves.
Warranty & Returns
The Koln Bar Fire Table is backed by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition. Return freight costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
